SUPERINTENDENT & FOREMAN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and direct self-perform work, subcontractors, and vendors for all site activities and administrative tasks
• Complete knowledge of project plans and specifications
• Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Identify, analyze, manage and mitigate project risk
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Monitor compliance with quality construction standards

SUPERINTENDENT & FOREMAN QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum five years’ experience in heavy civil, road and site work construction
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Exceptional communication, organization, analytical and administrative skills
• Excellent time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated yet able to work in a collaborative atmosphere
• Critical thinking and decision making skills
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time
• Capable of establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Preferred software experience using HCSS Heavy Job and Microsoft
