Close coordination with the owner, contractor, and engineer was required to complete the work without disrupting the ongoing production at this very busy facility.

The work involved constructing a new squeak and rattle track with Belgian blocks. Each individual block was designed to be set to a different yet specific elevation. Tolerances were very tight (millimeter). Through attention to details and constant checking, every block was installed to specifications and no re-work was needed.

The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
